Biggest lantern of hope at SM City Pampanga

SWIRLING LIGHTS OF PAMPANGA – Sparks fly from the Pampanga Eye, the country’s biggest and tallest Ferris wheel, as it is transformed into a giant pin wheel firecracker, or ‘trumpilyo,’ complete with grand lights and sound at the Sky Ranch in SM City Pampanga.
